How do we quote and work?
We look at the property first, from photos or on site, and then give you a written quote before any work begins. The quote lists what will be washed so there are no surprises. We do not give a price on a surface we have not seen.
On the day, we protect plants, wash from the top down and rinse well. We tell you if weather or an unsafe surface means a job should wait. We also tell you when cleaning will not solve a problem, such as worn shingles or rotted wood. If another trade is the better answer, we say so.
